Asking questions in a lecture.
Asking questions at the end of a lecture can be one of the most difficult things for students because getting it wrong can mean embarrassing yourself in front of lots of people. But don’t worry, asking questions is a really important part of processing the information you have received and your lecturer will appreciate you asking them for more information.
Let’s look at how you can form questions at the end of a lecture and then think about how you can let your lecturer know exactly which part of their talk you are asking about by prefacing our questions.

Task: Go back to the FutureLearn discussion forum and share your experiences of asking questions in lectures.
Were your questions similar to the ones the students asked?
